Autobiographical sketch [microform] (Typescript).

Born at new Lisbon, New York, son of Spencer Harrington and Polly Evans. Early life and conversion to Mormonism, 1840; position as justice of the peace for Appanure precinct in Hancock County, Illinois; exodus west; several journeys from Council Bluffs, Iowa to Missouri; arrival in the Salt Lake Valley, 1847; removal to American Fork, Utah, 1850; various civil, political and church offices in American Fork; member of the House of Representatives, Utah Territory, 1852.
